CRDM’s unique UK ‘In – House’ & China sourced CNC machining service offers you a choice of manufacturing routes to suit your individual budget and lead-time.

Using 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC controlled VMC, wire and spark EDM, CRDM can supply you with ‘block’ or ‘space’ models right up to highly tolerance metal and plastic components direct from your CAD data.

One offs to low-medium volume production up to 1m x 1.5 m x 1m meets most of our client requirements.

>METAL SINTERING - The DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) additive manufacturing produces metal components direct from a CAD model using a powerful 200w Yb-fibre laser on the New EOSINT M 270 (250w CO2 laser on the EOSINT M 250 Xtended) and layers of fine metal powder. A CAD model is sliced into 0.020mm layer and effectively reconstructed layer by layer with the laser fusing or melting each layer to the one below.
