Rapid Metals - Sand Casting

CRDM offer a fast track Sand Casting service for all Ferrous and Non Ferrous metals including Cast-Iron. Loose sand patterns can be built from SLA or SLS direct from CAD in 2-3 days for single or small run metal prototypes. For production and more complicated shapes, patterns, odd sides and split lines can be CNC machined directly from CAD data from resin model board. The filling of holes and allowances for contraction and machining can all added very simply by CRDM.
