CRDM Limited is a leading Additive Manufacturing, Tooling and Moulding Company based in High Wycombe.

The successful candidate would be working within our small tooling team, on short lead time injection mould tool projects, contributing actively to problem solving and continuous improvement in a non-traditional high technology manufacturing environment. A forward thinking, hands on and flexible working approach is a must.

The successful candidate would be able to demonstrate a proven record of manufacturing injection mould tooling using 3-axis CNC machining (acting as Programmer/Setter/Operator), Wire and Spark Erosion machines. Offline programming on MasterCAM. Experience on manual lathes, mills and surface grinders would be a distinct advantage.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

- Scheduling both machine and team work load to maximise utilisation and minimise leadtime. This would include the new tool projects as well as maintenance &/or repairs of current tooling within the moulding department.
- Reporting capacity to aid sales effort.
- Project manage subcontractors and suppliers. 
- Undertake customer contact as required to support the project engineers. 
- Scheduling of machine repairs and maintenance. 
- Care of an apprentice machinist.

Reporting to the Tooling & Moulding Group Manager. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits include a stakeholder pension.
